BRAHMOS(Deadliest Weapon of world)

It is the world's fastest cruise missile in operation. The missile travels at speeds of Mach 2.8 to 3.0.
The missile is named after two rivers, the Brahmaputra of India and the Moskva of Russia.
It can travel close to the surface of the Earth which makes them very difficult to detect. BrahMos claims to have the capability of attacking surface targets by flying as low as 10 metres in altitude.
One unit of BrahMos costs a whopping INR 14,20,00,000.

Agni-V is India's longest-range missile to carry a nuclear warhead.
The missile travels faster than a bullet. Plus, it can carry 1,000 kgs of nuclear weapons.
The fact that the Agni can be launched using a special canister means that it could even be launched from the roadside.
AGNI-VI (being built) will have a range of 10,000 kms, which would give India the power to strike in any part of the world barring South America and very small parts of North America

NIRBHAY(Under Trials)

Nirbhay is an all-weather, low-cost, long-range cruise missile capable of carrying conventional and nuclear war heads.
Nirbhay is a subsonic cruise missile – it starts off as a rocket and then turns into an aircraft.
Nirbhay is expected to have an expected strike range of 1000 km.
The cost of one missile is Rs 10 crore.
It has good loitering( remaining in a particular public place for a protracted time without any apparent purpose)capability, good control and guidance, high degree of accuracy in terms of impact and very good stealth features.
Nirbhay is able to pick out a target and attack it among multiple targets.

‘K' missile family:

Named after India's missile man, former President, Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Capability of launching nuclear warheads from underwater facilities.
The K-15 has a strike range of around 1500 kilometres.
The K family of missiles is a series of submarine-launched ballistic missiles
"K" missiles are faster, lighter and stealthier."
